HAPPY LESBIAN VISIBILITY WEEK

GayDo312, we are in the middle of Lesbian Visibility Week. Starting on 4/20 and lasting until this Sunday, April 26th, LVW calls attention to the ‘L’ in the LGBTQ+ community. Lesbians have always been and remain to be an important pillar in this community. From their help in the early stages of the Gay Rights Movement, to their assistance during the AIDS crisis, to Dykes on Bikes, and even putting together IKEA furniture, they remain determined, loving, and important. • Queen! is church for queer Chicago! This Sunday, see funny girl, Aunty Chan, and dance the night away with DJ Honey Dijon! The theme is bees, so get your black and yellow, buy a ticket, and Queen! out!

• A Pacific Four Series matchup between USA Rugby’s Women’s Eagles and Canada is tomorrow at Seatgeek Stadium. The intense international rugby match will bring women’s rugby to the southwest side of Chicago. You can find more information and tickets here.
